Green Building Education Services (GBES), originally known as www.greenexamprep.com, was established in 2007. We pioneered the creation of LEED practice tests during the early expansion of the LEED movement. Our founders combined their extensive expertise in real estate, construction, and green building with their knowledge of professional credentialing and exam preparation. This unique blend of skills proved to be a perfect fit. Today, GBES is celebrated as a global leader in the green building movement.

Following the launch of our LEED practice tests, we expanded our offerings to include courses and supplementary study tools. In 2009, with the significant updates to LEED v3 and the introduction of several new LEED credentials, we worked diligently to develop practice tests and courses for each new credential. We also created a comprehensive library of over 100 continuing education courses, which serve both LEED CMP and AIA requirements. Now, we offer more than just LEED. We provide training in WELL, SITES, and a series of master classes covering LEED Project Management, Waste Audits, ESG, and more.
