Can more than one person use the materials?

GBES Products are licensed for Single Use Only. All exam prep and CE Courses are programmed to track a single user’s progress.


Can the products be accessed on more than one computer or device?

Yes, all products can be accessed through your GBES account, which can be viewed on any internet-ready device.


I purchased products but they do not appear in my account. Where are they?

Please make sure that you are logged in with the same email address you used to make the purchase for the products you’re looking for. If you need further assistance in locating your materials, please contact us at customercare@gbes.com


How do I change the email address associated with my account?

When you are in your GBES account, click on “Account Settings” from the left-hand side menu. Here you can update your email and your password. Don’t forget to click the Save Changes button!


I can’t remember my password. How can I get a new one?

You can reset your password by using our “Forgot Password” link.


I have a GBES Subscription, how do I update my credit card on file?

From within your GBES account, click on Subscriptions > View > Change Payment.
