GBES offers several non-credential focused education opportunities to learn about green building. Whether you want to get a credential but don’t know where to start or you want to have in-depth knowledge of green building principles without getting a credential, GBES Green Building Micro-Courses will help you gain intimate knowledge of the various aspects of green building and help you to master the built environment.
Upon completion of any micro-course, you will receive a certificate of completion. GBES is the leader in green building education.

Course Overview:
What is green building, and why does it matter? This 2 hours micro-course walks you through an overview of green building, its principles, and all of the various certifications and credentials within green building. You will also get to hear from fresh new faces in the green building community describing their passion for green building and the career paths that got them where they are today.

Course Overview:
Gain a mastery level of green building knowledge in our 8-hour green building master class. Learn the history of green building, dive deep into the core concepts required for a project to be certified green, and review why the built environment is so important to the overall goals of achieving lower emissions. The course requires independent study and has quizzes in each module. Upon course completion, you will be awarded a GBES’ Green Building Master Class certificate.
