Designing a better, more beautiful world since 1935.

We are seeking a Senior Landscape Architect to join our growing interdisciplinary team to collaborate on diverse, complex, and culturally relevant projects. Our team brings diverse viewpoints with a rigorous data-driven approach to address complex issues on social equity, climate change, and resilience. At the core of our projects, we truly believe that only when we can uncover the root of the problem, can we begin developing design solutions. We are a growing practice that is deeply collaborative, research and mission-driven, and passionate to craft sustainable design solutions that are purposeful.

You will have the opportunity to engage with clients, lead multiple projects, and collaborate with a diverse and talented team of designers.

Our practice leader Gautam Sundaram comes from a family of mechanical engineers. Gautam always knew he wanted to break the career mold that had been set for him. He initially studied architecture, an experience that he credits with making him a more well-rounded planner and landscape architect. So it comes as no surprise that Gautam actively seeks out diverse perspectives in his project work. He believes that varied viewpoints are essential to accurately identify the problem at hand; only when you truly know the problem can you begin to think of possible solutions.

Come join our Boston studio and collaborate with Gautam!
